Billy O'Riordan

Billy is the lead partner in charge of the corporate recovery & insolvency practice in Ireland with responsibility for corporate restructuring, insolvency and forensic work across all PwC offices in the Republic of Ireland.

Billy has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with distressed company situations in the property section, in formal executory appointments (receiverships and liquidations), in examinerships and in investigatory roles. He has acted on behalf of all the major financial institutions operating in Ireland, and on behalf of the Revenue Commissioners.

Billy is also Chairman of the CCABI Insolvency Committee and former Chairman of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners in Ireland, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered and is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
