David Tynan is a partner in the advisory practice and specialises in corporate finance.

David has extensive experience advising companies and individuals involved in the acquisition and disposal of companies. He has led several teams advising clients across a wide range of business areas including business services, entertainment & media, retail, hospitality and healthcare. David's client responsibilities focus primarily on advising shareholders on maximising their returns from the sale of their companies and advising businesses on complex acquisitions.

Amongst the transactions that David has advised on include the sale of Dalkia Ireland's Facilities Management business to MITIE Group PLC, the sale of the Pfizer plant at Loughbeg to Hovione, tsale of The Leinster Leader to Johnston Press plc and the sale of Sterile Technologies to Stericycle Inc.
