Ger O'Mahoney Ger O'Mahoney is an advisory partner and heads our Cork office and the Advisory practice in Cork. Ger has over 25 years experience in practice specialising in corporate finance, due diligence and business restructuring. Ger has extensive experience advising indigenous and multinational companies and individuals on significant/diverse transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and refinancing. Ger's focus is on advising shareholders seeking to maximise their returns from their companies and advising businesses on complex transactions. He has led teams advising clients across a wide range of sectors including retail, hospitality, education, business services, energy & resources and healthcare. Ger is a Past President of the Chamber of Commerce in Cork and he is also Board Member of IDA Ireland and NIBRT. Ger is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. |
