Mike Sullivan Mike Sullivan is a partner in the advisory practice and leads our risk assurance team. Mike specialises in the areas of internal and IT controls, governance, risk and internal audit. Mike is the lead partner on a wide range of busines risk assignments in both the commercial and public sectors, helping clients optimise their risk and control structures. He provides board and senior management level advice on all aspects of corporate governance and risk management issues. In addition, Mike is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Mike is the partner responsible for a range of internal audit contracts supporting clients in the development of internal audit strategies, risk assessments, internal audit plans and the provision of outsourced, co-sourced and specialist internal audit resources. Mike is also responsible for the management of the Irish firm's internal IT, Finance and Infrastructure functions and in this role is a member of PwC Ireland’s Management Board. |
