Billy Riordan

Billy Riordan, Alumni Chairman, is the Chief Executive of Frank Keane Holdings who are a distribution and retail company operating primarily in the motor industry. They represent BMW, MINI, Mitsubishi Motors, Mitsubishi Fuso Trucks & Pioneer Consumer Electronics and employ 100 approximately employees.

Billy holds a B Comm from UCD and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. From 1988 to 1999 he worked for Pricewaterhouse and also completed a number of secondments to Bermuda and the Departments of Education and Finance. He then took on the role as Divisional Finance Director for Eircom Plc until 2001. He joined Frank Keane Holdings as Operations Director in 2001 and has been Group Chief Executive since 2002.

His hobbies include sailing, golf, skiing, squash and unsurprisingly - cars! He is married to Frances and has two daughters, Emily and Jessica. They live in Blackrock, Dublin.

Damian Byrne

Damian Byrne, PwC Alumni Partner, works in our Audit practice and specialises in advising Software and Technology companies.

Damian leads the audit engagement for a number of high profile MNCs with significant operations in Ireland as well as some venture-backed indigenous technology companies and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Originally from Arklow, Damian attended UCD, where he completed a B Comm and M Acc and joined the firm in 1994. A sports enthusiast, a suffering Liverpool and Wicklow supporter, Damian is a keen golfer and plays off 7. He has helped organise the PwC Alumni Golf Outing for the past 10 years.
