Chand Kohli

Chand Kohli is a partner in the audit practice and leads the financial services practice in PwC Ireland. Chand specialises in advising companies in the banking and insurance sectors and, with over 25 years experience, he has an in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, regulatory and other market issues relating to the financial services industry in Ireland.

Chand has significant experience of IFRS and the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley as well as US GAAP. He has assisted many international financial services business to set up in Ireland.

He has also spoken widely to key industry forums, including the Irish Bankers Federation, the Irish Insurance Institute, the Irish Insurance Federation and the Society of Actuaries in Ireland.

Chand is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an honorary fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. He worked with PwC in London and PwC in Los Angeles prior to joining PwC Ireland in 1987.
