John Loughlin

John Loughlin is a partner in the audit practice and specialises in advising financial services companies.

John has worked with PwC for 25 years in PwC New York, PwC Hong Kong, and PwC Dublin and has extensive experience auditing and advising large companies with a particular focus on raising capital in the United States and other capital markets.

In PwC Hong Kong John was responsible for a number of large and highly complex listings of companies based in Hong Kong and China on multiple markets, including acting as the lead engagement partner for the only Chinese financial services company to list in New York and Hong Kong.

Since returning to PwC Dublin in 2005, John has been the audit partner responsible for a number of listed and financial services companies and has continued to advise companies on the listing and other requirements for raising capital in the United States, London and other markets.

John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a graduate in Civil Law from University College Dublin.
