Thérèse Cregg Thérèse Cregg is a partner in the audit practice and specialises in advising companies operating in the consumer, industrial products and services sectors. Thérèse is an experienced auditor and adviser to multi-national companies with significant operations in Ireland as well as indigenous Irish companies. She is experienced in Irish GAAP, IFRS, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and US GAAP. Thérèse has considerable experience of high profile US multi- national companies with shared service centre operations in Ireland and currently leads the European audit for a number of these companies. She is also experienced in auditing Irish and international companies reporting under IFRS and has led IFRS transition assignments for these companies. Thérèse spent 4 years with PwC London providing audit services and advising on listing transactions (including IPO’s and fundraising) to a number of major UK listed clients. Thérèse is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. |
