Why should I choose PwC?

It's a place to grow and make a difference

Your progress is our priority. During your time with us, you will work with real clients, sharing your unique perspective and making a difference. You will build great friendships and learn from the best while taking part in our charity days and volunteer initiatives. We will help you acquire valuable business skills that will enhance your CV, develop your commercial awareness and benefit you at college and in your future career. And if you take part in our summer internship, you could have an opportunity to join our graduate programme.

It's full of opportunities for people like me

We value diversity at PwC, which is why we seek out students from all college courses. We want to help you discover your potential and find a career path that is right for your unique talents and personality. So it’s up to you to decide which business area you would like to join. You can choose to build on your strengths, or stretch yourself in a completely new field. Whichever area you choose, you will work with people from different backgrounds, with different skillsets and different types of expertise. Being yourself and lending your individuality to the mix is what will lead you, and us, to success.

It's more than a place to work

We don’t believe in putting your life on hold from Monday to Friday. We empower our people to bring their whole selves to work, every day. We care about your life, both within and beyond PwC, and we want you to live it to the fullest. So every Friday during the summer (and every bank holiday), your weekend starts at 3pm. During the week, you will work alongside over 150 fellow students and develop skills that will enhance your employability. You will also take part in community responsibility days and skills days, and there is the opportunity to return after your final year with a graduate job in PwC.
