Mary Cleary

Mary Cleary is a partner in the Audit practice and has extensive specialist experience, both statutory and regulatory, in advising companies operating in the Communications and Entertainment sectors.

Mary has unrivalled experience dealing with a broad range of complex accounting and technical issues within the Communications sector including transitioning and reporting under IFRS. Mary has led a number of significant transactions including IPOs, privatisations and significant acquisitions.

Mary is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Feargal O'Rourke

Feargal O’Rourke is the head of the PwC Tax and Legal Services practice in Ireland and a member of PwC Ireland's leadership team. He is part of PwC's Technology Tax and Legal Services group and has over 20 years experience of advising multinationals investing in Ireland on Irish issues and European and Global structures. He acts for a number of household names in the technology sector, primarily from the West Coast of the US, but also the indigenous sector. Feargal also led the PwC Tax Technology Network in EMEA which comprises partners in over 90 countries dealing with major European and Global accounts from 2004 until taking over the Irish Tax practice in 2010.

Feargal served for 7 years on the board of Forfas, the State body responsible for the development of Industrial policy and the Development of Science and Technology. In 2004 Feargal was appointed by the Government as one of Ireland's “independent persons of standing” under the terms of the Double Taxation Arbitration Convention, a position which he still holds. He was also a member of the Government's Commission on Taxation which sat in 2008/09.

Richard Day

Richard Day is a partner in the Advisory practice and advises clients operating in the technology and telecommunications sectors.

Richard leads the Data services team and is a specialist in system and process controls and specialises in financial reporting processes and systems and the effective use of technology including databases, spreadsheets and XBRL.

Richard is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
