We will work with you to identify potential buyers. We will use our international network and specialised industry groups to identify interested parties.  

Preparation of sales memorandum
We co-ordinate the preparation of an information memorandum which is a key document in the selling process. The information memorandum sets out details in relation to the company and highlights the potential for the business. 
We will solicit offers for the business based on the information memorandum. We will assist in evaluating the offers. Typically one or more parties are invited to review additional information before being asked to submit final offers. 

Heads of agreement
Heads of agreement are negotiated with the preferred purchaser and are used to form the basis of the final legal documentation.

Project management
We will manage the completion of the disposal process and so that all advisers are working together for your benefit.
