Ellen Roche Ellen Roche is a director in the Tax & Legal Services practice and specialises in HR Services leading on Executive Recruitment. The team works closely with Chairmen and Chief Executives across the public, private and voluntary sectors providing a wide range of services including executive search, psychometric assessment, outplacement and Non Executive Director appointments. Ellen has extensive experience in executive recruitment across a wide range of clients and sectors and has deep experience in the recruitment of Chief Executives in the public sector in health, education and economic development. Ellen is a graduate of UCD and holds a BA in French & Economics, she also completed a H Dip in Education and following an early career in teaching worked in a number of State agencies before joining PwC in 2001. She is a member of the Council of the Irish Management Institute and a member of the Institute of Directors. |

Gerard McDonough Gerard McDonough is a Director with the Executive Resourcing practice at PwC. He is a graduate of Business Studies from Dublin Business School and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Consultants of Ireland. Prior to joining PwC Gerard focused the earlier part of his career in Financial Services, working with Fund Management institutions in the UK and Ireland. He subsequently moved into recruitment with a publicly quoted firm, where he was responsible for establishing their financial recruitment function, and where he specialised in managing a wide range of senior level appointments. As a member of the Executive Resourcing Team, Gerard's knowledge is centred primarily on Executive Search and Selection, delivering a hybrid of solutions to a diverse client base of national and international, public and private sector organisations. With PwC, he has spent the last seven and a half years assisting clients of the firm assignments across all management disciplines. His recent assignment portfolio includes numerous Director level appointments for Icon Clinical plc, UniPhar plc, Kingspan Group plc, Michael McNamara & Co, Organon BioScience, Moduslink, Musgrave Group, Michael McNamara & Co Construction, interim Health & Information Quality Authority, An Post, Electricity Supply Board and the Archdiocese of Dublin. |

Marie Maguire Marie Maguire is a Director with the Executive Resourcing practice at PwC. She has over 20 years experience in senior level recruitment as a founding member and Senior Partner in the Irish operation of the global search firm, the Amrop Group. She left Amrop at the end of 2009 to set up her own career management consultancy working with large organisations in management assessment, talent management, succession planning and executive coaching. Before moving to Dublin, Marie spent her early career in sales and marketing management with the DHL Group in London and then moved to Paris to set up their French subsidiary, Elan International S.A. Marie graduated from the University of Glasgow with M.A. (Honours) in French and holds a Diploma in Life & Business Coaching accredited by the European Coaching Institute. She is also qualified in Occupational Testing Level 1 through Saville & Holdsworth. Marie has 23 years experience in senior level search assignments for both executive and non executive Board level appointments. Her clients include both indigenous and multinational companies across Ireland’s Top 100 companies in FMCG, Retail, ICT, Financial Services and Not for Profit. |

Barry Delaney Barry Delaney is a senior manager in Human Resource Services specialising in Learning & Development (L&D). Barry provides L&D consultancy services that address people issues being experienced by clients in the management of their business. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2000, Barry completed an MsC in Human Resource Management with Sheffield Hallam University in 2002 and he also completed a Certificate in Training & Continuing Education with NUI, Maynooth in 2004. Barry is a Chartered Member of the CIPD since 2003 and is an accredited facilitator in both the BarOn EQ-I Emotional Intelligence assessment and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality questionnaire. Barry began in his career in Learning & Development in the Financial Services in 2000 before joining PwC’s internal ‘Centre for Learning & Development’ in 2005. The Centre for Learning & Development has since been recognised as a key factor in PwC’s success in winning the Best 50 Company in 2008. Throughout his career, Barry has been involved in the design and development of numerous L&D initiatives that addresses both individual and organisational needs from graduate to senior management level. |

Michelle O'Connor Michelle is a Manager with the Executive Search practice at PwC. A graduate in Psychology, Michelle has over twelve years recruitment experience, five at executive level. She specialises in identifying senior C-suite candidates across Finance (FDs, Group FCs and Internal Audit), Operations, IT and HR using a combination of executive search methodologies, industry expertise and networking. She has worked across a broad range of sectors including pharmaceutical, industrial products, aviation, FMCG, education and semi-state. |

Adrienne Harten Adrienne Harten is a manager in the Executive Resourcing practice and specialises in identifying candidates for senior roles in the areas of Legal & Compliance, Financial Services (Banking, Risk, Insurance, Regulatory Affairs), Education, Economics, Policy and Communications. As a member of the Executive Resourcing team, Adrienne has worked with a wide range of clients across the public, private and voluntary sectors in the appointment of senior level executives. Her client base includes state agencies, privately owned Irish businesses, MNCs, professional services firms, representative bodies and charitable oganisations. Adrienne holds a B.A. in European Studies, a M.A. in International Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Communications. She is a member of the PwC Global Education Network and has previously held management positions with Trinity College Dublin and the Chambers of Commerce of Ireland. |
