Ellen Roche Ellen Roche is a director in the Tax & Legal Services practice and specialises in HR Services leading on Executive Recruitment. Gerard McDonough Gerard McDonough is a Director with the Executive Resourcing practice at PwC. He is a graduate of Business Studies from Dublin Business School and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Consultants of Ireland. Prior to joining PwC Gerard focused the earlier part of his career in Financial Services, working with Fund Management institutions in the UK and Ireland. He subsequently moved into recruitment with a publicly quoted firm, where he was responsible for establishing their financial recruitment function, and where he specialised in managing a wide range of senior level appointments. As a member of the Executive Resourcing Team, Gerard's knowledge is centred primarily on Executive Search and Selection, delivering a hybrid of solutions to a diverse client base of national and international, public and private sector organisations. Marie Maguire Marie Maguire is a Director with the Executive Resourcing practice at PwC. She has over 20 years experience in senior level recruitment as a founding member and Senior Partner in the Irish operation of the global search firm, the Amrop Group. She left Amrop at the end of 2009 to set up her own career management consultancy working with large organisations in management assessment, talent management, succession planning and executive coaching. Before moving to Dublin, Marie spent her early career in sales and marketing management with the DHL Group in London and then moved to Paris to set up their French subsidiary, Elan International S.A. Marie graduated from the University of Glasgow with M.A. (Honours) in French and holds a Diploma in Life & Business Coaching accredited by the European Coaching Institute. She is also qualified in Occupational Testing Level 1 through Saville & Holdsworth. Barry Delaney Barry Delaney is a senior manager in Human Resource Services specialising in Learning & Development (L&D). Barry provides L&D consultancy services that address people issues being experienced by clients in the management of their business. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2000, Barry completed an MsC in Human Resource Management with Sheffield Hallam University in 2002 and he also completed a Certificate in Training & Continuing Education with NUI, Maynooth in 2004. Barry is a Chartered Member of the CIPD since 2003 and is an accredited facilitator in both the BarOn EQ-I Emotional Intelligence assessment and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality questionnaire.
