Pat Mahon

Pat Mahon is a Director in PwC’s Human Resources Services Group.

Pat has over twelve years’ experience working in our tax department and leads a team of tax professionals advising on a range of employment tax issues. The team work with clients across all industry groups and focus primarily on complex issues for companies relating to:

• practical and efficient structuring in rewarding employees and executives using share based incentives
• international taxation issues associated with expatriate employees
• PAYE/PRSI
• Revenue audits

Pat presents regularly at PwC client functions and also contributes to Irish Taxation Institute publications. He is a Business graduate from Dublin City University and an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.
