Alisa Hayden

Alisa Hayden leads our Manufacturing Sector practice. She is responsible for the quality and delivery of our audit and business advisory services to clients in this sector.

Alisa has advised several high-profile indigenous and multinational manufacturing companies and brings in-depth insight into the challenges facing companies in this sector. Her clients operate across a broad range of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, consumer goods, transport and logistics and construction.

She has extensive experience in advising on complex accounting issues including transitioning companies to IFRS, complying with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and best practice reporting for shared service centre operations.

Alisa is also a member of our inward investment leadership team.

Ann O'Connell

Ann is a partner in our Advisory Consulting practice and leads our Sustainability and Climate Change practice.

Prior to joining PwC in 1988, she worked in both operational and business planning roles in industry for 10 years. Ann has significant experience in advising some of Ireland’s leading manufacturing companies, particularly around how they are responding to sustainability and climate change challenges.

Ann specialises in the provision of corporate and business planning activities, including strategic plans, change and project management, feasibility studies, public policy studies and market entry strategies. She has advised a cross-section of government departments, state-sponsored bodies, public companies and small-to-medium enterprises.

Ronan MacNioclais

Ronan has over 10 years experience advising Irish and international clients on tax technical issues.

Ronan has advised several industrial manufacturing companies. He is also tax partner to a number of leading utility, oil, gas and renewables companies, specialising in the area of carbon tax and related issues.

Ronan also leads our mergers and acquisitions tax practice. He has extensive experience in the preparation of vendor due diligence, tax due diligence, cross-border tax structuring, tax modelling and share purchase agreement negotiation and review.

Ronan has advised a number of private equity firms on the tax-efficient structuring of investments in the manufacturing sector. He has also advised, from a tax perspective, on a number of acquisitions and disposals in this sector.
