John M Kelly John M Kelly is a partner in the Tax & Legal Services practice and leads the Pharmaceutical services team. John has extensive experience advising Irish multi-national groups structuring overseas operations and advising multinational groups structuring new investments in Ireland. He also deals with a significant portfolio of manufacturing and service companies on an ongoing basis. John is the leader of the PwC European Pharmaceutical Tax network and a member of the PwC Global Pharmaceutical Leadership Network. John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an Associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland. |

Enda McDonagh Enda McDonagh is a partner in the Audit practice and specialises in working with companies operating in the Consumer, Industrial Products and Services sectors. Enda has extensive experience leading audit engagements on a portfolio of large US and domestic clients. This experience includes working with both manufacturing and services based audit clients with a focus on the packaging, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Enda has significant IFRS, Sarbox and US GAAP experience having worked on a range of IFRS conversion projects on his domestic clients, working on US subsidiaries located in Ireland and having spent three years working in PwC Boston from 2000 to 2003. Enda is also responsible for the Graduate Recruitment process for the Assurance practice in PwC Dublin. Enda is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. |
