This PwC Reward Trends Snapshot Survey 2014 provides data on actual and forecast salary movements for 2013, 2014 and 2015 across a number of sectors and employee categories. It also looks at actual bonus payments for 2013, target bonus levels for 2014, remuneration philosophy, incentive plans and benefits provided by employers.
Ireland’s finance leaders are more confident in the economy and in their own business. While actively repositioning their organisations for growth they are becoming more competitive. The survey highlights three priority areas - maintaining margins through simplification of processes, providing a strategic edge to the business and being more resilient.
