Colm Kelly

Colm Kelly is a partner in the tax services practice in Ireland and is the Global Tax Strategy and Markets Leader for the PwC Global Tax business. Colm specialises in financial services and international tax and advises a range of Irish and multi-national companies on the establishment, organisation and operation of their business and on the structuring and financing of cross-border businesses and transactions. He led PwC Ireland's Tax & Legal Services practice from 2003 until December 2010.

Colm worked with the international tax services team in PwC New York between 1995 and 1997 advising some of the world's leading companies on the tax aspects of their Irish and cross-border investments. Colm was appointed to the PwC Global Tax Leadership Team in 2009, having been a member of the European Tax Leadership team for a number of years.

Colm is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute, and is also the Chairman of the Foundation for Fiscal Studies. He has lectured and spoken widely on Irish and international tax issues.
