John M Kelly John M Kelly is a partner in the tax services practice and is Chief Operating Officer for Global Tax at PwC and is a member of the Global Tax Leadership Team. He previously led the Irish firm's pharmaceutical and life sciences team. John has extensive experience advising Irish multi-national groups structuring overseas operations and advising multinational groups structuring new and incremental investments in Ireland. He also previously dealt with a significant portfolio of manufacturing and service companies. He has worked extensively with major global pharmaceutical companies in optimising their global supply chains and in organising the most effective structures to capture and exploit the related intellectual property. John is has also been the leader of the PwC European Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Tax network and a member of the PwC Global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Leadership Team. John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, an Associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland and a member of the Institute of Directors. |
