Susan Kilty

Susan Kilty is a partner in the tax services practice and leader of the entertainment & media industry group. Susan specialises in advising companies within the technology and E&M sectors on Irish corporate tax, with a particular focus on US headquartered multinationals investing in Europe.

Susan has extensive experience on all aspects of tax planning including business restructuring, establishing of joint ventures and new subsidiaries, tax due diligence reviews and assists companies to deal with many of the tax issues which arise as a result of the challenges technology & media companies face including strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions and international expansions.

In addition, Susan leads our tax management and accounting solutions Practice in Ireland. She has significant experience in helping client transition to an outsourced compliance service provider as well as introduce efficiencies through the use of technology. She leads complex cross border compliance engagements for her clients with a particular focus on SSC environments.

Susan is a Member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
