In your second year, you’ll strengthen your people management skills as you begin to coach others and build your own team. You’ll deepen your client experience and industry knowledge. You'll be able to deliver more sophisticated solutions to your clients. You’ll give and receive ongoing feedback to help improve your own and your team’s performance. Your personal network will expand as you make connections across our global network. You’ll continue to receive our full support as you study for your professional qualifications.
As you deepen your industry insight, you’ll get the chance to spread your wings. You can expect to lead teams, deliver training and collaborate with your global peers. There are secondment opportunities globally and with your clients. In addition to obtaining your final professional qualifications, you’ll take part in conversations about advancing your career as you progress through the firm.
As you progress towards manager level, you’ll enhance your professional and technical skills in our business academy. Passing your professional exams is a pivotal step on your career path. Everyone at PwC will support you on this journey. We have a dedicated Learning and Development team who are there to help you every step of the way.
Information sessions will give you a clear picture of what to expect in your exams. You’ll learn from colleagues who have completed the same exams and achieved brilliant marks. Mock exams will allow you to become familiar with the exam structure. Professional lecturers will provide comprehensive revision sessions. With our combination of in-house and external exam support, you will be well on your way to achieving a first rate result.

The FAE exam completes the qualification of a Chartered Accountant. In last year’s FAE results, PwC’s exam pass rate was 91%. The national pass rate was 80%.
