What will I actually do if I choose a career in tax?

Working for Ireland’s leading tax practice you’ll help companies and the people who run them to make key decisions around raising finance, office location, reward schemes and much more. Our expertise covers all areas of taxation from preparing annual tax returns and restructuring multimillion euro operations to buying a business and advising celebrities on the tax implications of their worldwide tours. You’ll advise clients who range from budding entrepreneurs to the world’s largest multinationals. And from early on you’ll tackle a broad range of work that includes tax compliance, researching case law research and cross-border advisory projects.

We help our clients solve complex problems and influence some of the biggest decisions they face, such as deciding how to raise finance, where to set up their operations and how to reward their people. You will assist our clients in being more efficient while simultaneously keeping pace with the changing national and international tax landscape.

During your summer internship with us, you will use your analytical, problem solving and communication skills and work on real client projects. You will have the opportunity to develop real insights into the companies we work with, and discover if a career in tax is the right fit for you.

"I have had one of the greatest summers having been given the opportunity to apply my knowledge from the lecture room to practical, real-life situations."
