PwC Ireland is delighted to announce new senior appointments to its Aviation Finance Advisory Services (AFAS) practice. Timothy Loy, AFAS Director, has over 35 years experience specialising in transportation finance and Stephanie Sanford, AFAS Director, has over 20 years experience in commercial aviation specialising in aircraft finance/leasing. Bryson Monteleone is also working with the PwC Aviation Finance team as a senior advisor. Bryson brings over 20 years experience in the commercial aviation industry specialising in aircraft appraisal and valuations.
PwC Ireland’s AFAS practice, part of its Aviation Finance practice, was launched in January 2018 to further develop PwC Ireland’s already significant offering within the aviation finance and aircraft leasing industry and now has over 100 years of aviation finance advisory experience.

Tim has more than 35 years’ experience in transportation finance working in senior and strategically important roles within National Westminster Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland and National Australia Bank. He has a wide range of experience including on structuring and leveraging cross border transactions, negotiating large scale structured finance transactions as well as originating, structuring and closing aviation transactions. Tim also has in-depth experience on funding and support for airlines, EOMs and MROs.
Stephanie has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial aviation industry, specialising in aircraft finance/leasing. She will support the trading division of the AFAS team. She has held senior positions at Bank of America and with other leading aircraft lessors. Most recently, Stephanie has worked as Senior Vice President, Aircraft Trading in FPG Amentum.
Bryson has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial aviation industry. With an extensive background in commercial aviation finance, specifically aircraft appraisal and valuation, lease advisory, aircraft technical consulting and aircraft remarketing. Bryson currently serves as the Chairman of the ISTAT (International Society of Transport Aircraft Traders) International Appraiser’s Program (IAP) and is a member of the ISTAT Board of Directors and is a regular speaker at conference and on media outlets.
