PwC has appointed Mairead Connolly (Tax Partner), Emer Hodges (Tax Director, People and Organisation) and Colm Browne (Tax Director, Corporation and Capital Taxes) to its Limerick and Mid-West practice. About our new appointments:
Mairead Connolly becomes a Tax Partner in the PwC Mid-West and Galway practice. She has deep expertise in identifying tax solutions for a broad range of clients including multinational and Irish family owned businesses, along with State bodies, in the Limerick and Galway regions. She advises her clients and their shareholders on availing of tax reliefs and incentives, along with compliance, structuring and tax efficient succession planning. She has significant experience dealing with Revenue interactions on behalf of clients.
Colm Browne becomes a Tax Director based in Limerick, having been Partner with OBI Limerick. Colm will provide tax consulting and compliance services to a broad range of Irish companies and individuals. He has particular experience in assisting family businesses in mitigating tax. He is a member of the Council of the Institute of Tax in Ireland.
Emer Hodges becomes a Tax Director in Limerick from EY. Emer is specialised in the People and Organisation field, with deep expertise in assisting clients with their income tax obligations in the context of restructuring as well as day to day compliance. She has provided detailed advice on cross border income tax issues arising for globally mobile staff, and is to the forefront of assisting our clients on the challenges presented by PAYE Real Time Reporting.
