The Marketing Institute of Ireland (MII) is the professional membership organisation for marketers in Ireland. Celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, since 1962 the Institute has evolved and transformed to meet the changing needs of members, industry and society. Following a strategic review in 2021, a challenging and ambitious strategy is in place to provide clarity and a pathway for growth over the next five years.

The MII board is seeking a new CEO, a visionary leader, to drive its strategy and sustain the success of the organisation in a dynamic and changing environment. You will work closely with the board and executive team to ensure that MII achieves its ambition and goals, whilst strengthening relevance to members so that the organisation continues to bring real impact to the lives and businesses it energises every day.
Reporting to the Chair, as CEO you will lead the realisation of the strategic direction of MII. You will be responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership to the organisation and will guide and support the executive team to strengthen its capabilities, create a high-performance culture, develop new services and enhance MII's corporate reputation and strategic partnerships. An articulate and influential communicator, you will build and nurture strong professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, amplifying the authority and standing of the Institute.
