Amy is a Consulting Partner and leads the firm’s Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) team. Amy has extensive experience providing business advisory and consulting services across industries with a particular focus on financial effectiveness. Amy has an industry background, leading finance teams and business transformation programmes for a number of global multinationals. Since joining the firm, she has worked successfully with some of the country's leading organisations on a diverse range of significant business change projects, including leading complex business transformation projects, designing and implementing operating model improvement programmes, and assessing the impact of regulatory change on operational processes, systems and organisational design.
