Internal firm services (IFS) keeps PwC running, providing strategic and creative services to internal clients. Our internal firm services group comprises five main areas: Clients and markets, IT services, finance, human resources and infrastructure.
Deals is a highly successful practice area in PwC Ireland area, comprised of over 100 professional advisors based in Dublin, Cork and Limerick. Our deals experts help our clients buy and sell companies, raise debt and equity and restructure financial operations. They also provide a range of other financial advisory services including evaluating business plans, conducting special investigations and supporting IPOs. Deals clients include leading Irish and international public and private companies of all sizes operating across a broad range of sectors and geographies.
