Colm O'Callaghan

Colm leads our Entrepreneurial and Private Business tax team in Dublin. He provides tax consulting services to large and privately owned Irish businesses.

With over 18 years of experience, he works with a broad range of Irish headquartered groups, assisting them in Irish and overseas markets. He is an expert in corporate tax consultancy and compliance, domestic and international tax structuring, tax efficient financing, and tax optimisation. He currently works with businesses across the full spectrum of the domestic economy including large corporates, privately and family-owned groups and entrepreneurs.

Colm also leads the firm's Construction Industry team and is currently serving as an elected member of the governing council of the Irish Tax Institute. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
