Working closely with insurers in the Irish market to shape strategy and deliver enterprise-wide transformation, I combine global insight from the PwC network with hands-on sector experience.
Darren leads PwC Ireland’s Insurance Practice and is at the forefront of transformation across the sector.
Darren has over 25 years’ experience in industry and professional services roles. He has extensive experience advising insurers on addressing enterprise challenges, from strategy definition, through operating model design, customer proposition definition, technology and data modernisation and optimisation.
He is a trusted advisor on enterprise transformation, having led the design and implementation of complex technology enabled, business modernisation programmes.
Darren understands the dynamics impacting the sector and having previously worked in an executive role with a leading general insurer, brings practical, hands-on experience to implementing and navigating change.
