Doone is a Partner in PwC Ireland’s Workforce Tax Practice, specialising in employment taxes. She leads PwC’s Payroll Solutions team and is responsible for the firm’s gender pay gap offering, advising clients on pay governance and transparency.
With over 20 years of experience, Doone works with Irish and multinational organisations across a wide range of industries, providing strategic advice on employment tax, payroll and workforce-related matters. Her portfolio includes cross-border tax and social security issues, reward planning and workforce reshaping, as well as broader employment tax and payroll compliance.
As PwC Ireland’s People Partner and Chief People Officer, Doone plays a key role in shaping the firm’s people strategy.
