Keiran Barbalich

Keiran is an Advisory Partner on PwC Ireland’s Consulting team. He is the Partner leading the Firm’s Portfolio & Programme Management (PPM) consulting team.

Keiran specialises in delivering transformation through change and programme management, working with government and healthcare clients to deliver their policy, strategy, and service changes. Keiran works with clients to develop effective change portfolio management capabilities, to deliver complex programmes, this includes operating model, organisational change, benefits management, and change management.

Keiran has a wealth of experience in successfully delivering nationally significant, complex, and large-scale change programmes in Ireland and New Zealand.
