Mark McEnroe is Head of Deal Advisory and a Partner at PwC Ireland. With over two decades of lead transaction advisory experience Mark has advised Irish and international clients on acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financing, and broader capital strategy. He works closely with business owners, family enterprises, corporates, and private equity investors on executing their strategic priorities and transformational transactions.
Known for his pragmatic and commercially focused approach, Mark helps clients make confident decisions, manage complexity and deliver long-term value.
In addition to his European experience, Mark spent seven years in New York with PwC’s US Broker Dealer where he was Series 63, 79 and 22 (General Securities Principal) FINRA licensed. During that time he was a retained advisor to several S&P 500 Corporations, Japanese Trading Houses, Ivy League Universities and Private Equity firms on their US and International M&A priorities, successfully closing transactions in the USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, China, India and Singapore. He has experience across industrial products, retail and consumer, healthcare, technology and financial services, supporting clients through some of their most critical strategic decisions.
