Mary Cleary is a partner in the audit practice and has extensive specialist experience, both statutory and regulatory, in advising companies operating in the communications and entertainment sectors.
Mary has unrivalled experience dealing with a broad range of complex accounting and technical issues within the communications sector including transitioning and reporting under IFRS. Mary has led a number of significant transactions including IPOs, privatisations and significant acquisitions.
Mary is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
