Paul O'Connor is a partner in the firm's Deals advisory practice. He has nearly 20 years of experience in PwC Dublin and Boston, advising clients on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, sale and purchase agreement negotiations and other acquisition-related advice.
He has extensive experience working with both domestic and international clients across a broad range of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, energy, healthcare and financial services.
Paul is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
