As Head of PwC’s Domestic and International Tax Practice, I lead over 200 tax specialists to deliver practical, client‑focused solutions in a fast‑changing tax and regulatory landscape, with clear, commercial advice across Pillar Two, mergers and acquisitions, financing, international expansion and intellectual property.

Peter is a Partner and PwC’s Head of Domestic and International Tax. He is also the firm’s Tax Policy Leader in Ireland, based in Dublin.

He leads more than 200 tax professionals supporting organisations through complex rules such as Pillar Two. His work spans mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing, international expansion and intellectual property (IP) planning, from design through to implementation.

Peter draws on OECD and governmental engagements and the firm’s international network to provide practical, commercially grounded advice.

Peter is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Chartered Tax Adviser.
