Ronan Finn

Ronan is a partner in PwC Ireland’s tax practice and leads the foreign direct investment transfer pricing team.
Ronan advises multi-national companies on all transfer pricing matters and, in particular, the impact of the OECD’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) action plan on global profit alignment and cross-border tax planning. He also advises multi-national companies with dispute resolution and competent authority proceedings and works closely with the competent authority team of the Irish tax authorities to resolve any issues.
Ronan previously worked in the PwC Boston and PwC London offices in transfer pricing and international tax. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a Member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
