Susan Roche

Susan Roche is a tax partner in the firm’s Foreign Direct Investment practice. With nearly 15 years of experience, including time spent on secondment in PwC New York, Susan focuses on advising US multi-national companies predominantly in the technology and pharmaceutical life science sectors.

Her experience includes advising companies on establishing operations in Ireland, expanding their international footprint, and on cross-border transactions and M&A. She will leverage PwC’s latest technology offerings to help companies navigate the ever-changing international tax environment.

Susan is an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
