Since the start of the COVID 19 pandemic, leaders within the Retail and Consumer sectors have seen significant changes in consumer behaviour. But would they be temporary or permanent? Our most recent global survey shows that these changes may well be here to stay.
Our survey shows that in just six months, from the time our first survey was conducted in October 2020 to March 2021, consumers have evolved to be even more digital, eco-friendly, price-oriented, healthy, data-conscious and locally minded.
Now, our June 2021 Global Consumer Insights Pulse Survey reveals that the changes are sticking, signifying a historic and dramatic shift in consumer behaviour.
