Other PwC Ireland gender equality initiatives include:

  • PwC recently launched a suite of inclusion-first policies which cover supports around Fertility, Pregnancy Loss, Menopause and Domestic Abuse - providing flexibility and allowing for paid leave for employees impacted by such events and contributing to their empowerment, safety and wellbeing.
  • In 2022 PwC accelerated its equality, inclusion and diversity efforts by launching their  refreshed inclusion and diversity strategy called Inclusion First. • PwC embraces flexible working as a core pillar of the experience the firm is creating for their people. Empowering their people to work flexibly aligns with its Inclusion & Diversity goals to create equal opportunities for all – with awareness of all individual personal responsibilities, needs and commitments.
  • PwC Ireland published its Gender Pay Gap report under the new legislation ‘The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021’ on 19 December 2022 revealing its mean gender pay gap to be less than 1% (0.9%), reflecting the strong representation of women across all levels across the firm.
