Introducing Our New Partners for 2025

PwC Ireland is delighted to announce the admission of new Partners with effect from 1 July:  Kim Clarke, Niamh Hussey, David Morris and Fiona Regan. Each new partner represents the best of PwC and the skills needed to lead our clients and people as we enter a bold new chapter. We’re confident that their passions, skills and abilities will strengthen our partnership and help continue to drive our clients to the leading edge.

Our New Partners for 2025

Kim Clarke 

Kim Clarke becomes a Tax Partner in the firm’s VAT practice. Kim has over 15 years’ experience with PwC and currently advises clients on indirect tax matters across several industry sectors, with a specific focus on Asset and Wealth Management and Private clients. Kim has extensive experience advising on Irish real estate transactions from a VAT perspective as well as supporting clients in managing Revenue interventions. Kim is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.

Niamh Hussey

Niamh Hussey becomes a Partner in the firm’s Assurance practice. She has 20 years’ experience with both PwC Ireland and PwC Australia, providing assurance services to domestic and multinational businesses across multiple sectors. Most recently Niamh spent 15 years with PwC Australia, with the last eight years as Assurance Partner. She has serviced a wide range of industries including technology, energy and manufacturing. Niamh is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.   

David Morris

David Morris becomes an Assurance Partner, bringing more than 14 years’ experience to clients across the domestic and international Asset and Wealth Management Industry. David works with a broad range of clients who offer alternatives (including private equity, credit and hedge funds) as well as traditional products. He has extensive reporting experience under multiple accounting frameworks including IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP. David is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Fiona Regan

Fiona Regan becomes a Tax Partner in the firm’s Aviation Finance practice. Fiona has 14 years’ experience in advising a broad range of clients on international tax matters with a specific focus on aircraft leasing and financing related matters. She specialises in the corporate taxation of aircraft and engine lessors and has significant experience in advising on domestic and international taxation matters, including the acquisition, establishment and management of Irish-based aircraft leasing platforms and the taxation of capital markets transactions. Fiona's clients include some of the world’s largest and most established aircraft leasing companies as well as several latest market entrants. Fiona is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
