Here's how your first few years could look:

Onboarding

Once you accept your offer, you'll join our pre-hire community, ‘Look Inside’. On day one, you'll take part in a firmwide induction, meet your team, explore your new workplace, and begin technical and soft-skills training. Your journey will be guided by peers, mentors and experienced colleagues.

Year 1: Build strong foundations

 
  • Start working with clients and gain exposure to real-world challenges.
  • Begin your professional qualification journey with structured tutorials and paid study leave.
  • Receive one-on-one support from a buddy (a recent graduate), a coach and a peer community.

Year 2: Step up and lead

 
  • Coach junior colleagues and develop team leadership skills.
  • Deepen your client experience and industry insight.
  • Exchange feedback regularly and expand your global network.

Year 3: Grow your impact

 
  • Lead client projects, deliver internal training and explore secondments, either abroad or with clients.
  • Engage in career planning and define your long-term path.

Beyond Year 3

You’ll continue to evolve through our Business Academy, with access to new opportunities across service lines, industries and global locations. You choose the direction, we support your journey.

Passing your exams is a key milestone. Our dedicated learning team will guide you every step of the way with information sessions and peer insights, mock exams and professional lectures, and in-house and external study support.
