Our programmes

  • Full-time position starting in autumn 2026
  • Applications open on 10 September 2025
  • Some roles close on 22 October 2025 at 2pm, others have different timelines. Please review the job description for more details.
  • Our graduate programmes offer roles across all lines of service and offices. They run for three to five years, depending on your line of service and the professional qualification you pursue.
  • Paid internship that runs for eight weeks starting in June 2026
  • Applications close on 28 January 2026 at 2pm
  • Gain hands-on experience in your chosen field while also learning more about what life as a PwC graduate entails.
  • Paid placement during the academic year in conjunction with your university placement team.
  • Applications accepted year-round through university placement offices.

Application process

  • Visit our website to review the job description and minimum requirements, then select your preferred programme. Complete the online application form
  • If successful, you’ll be invited for an interview
  • For work placements, please apply through your university placement office.

Yes, you can apply for multiple roles. However, we strongly encourage you to take the time to carefully review each job description, including the line of service and any potential associated exam pathways. This will help you identify the roles that best align with your skills, interests and long-term career goals.

We’ve included a section in the application to record your subject results. Some subjects are grouped:

  • ‘Language’ includes French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Russian, Polish, Italian, etc.
  • ‘Business studies’ includes economics, business, accounting, etc.
  • ‘Technology sciences’ includes technology, engineering, home economics, design and communication graphics, and construction studies.
  • ‘Laboratory sciences’ includes physics, chemistry, biology, agricultural science, and physics and chemistry combined.
  • Irish, geography and history are not grouped.

If a subject you’ve completed is not listed, please select ‘Other’.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and can track your application status online.

Absolutely! We welcome applications from previous candidates. For all of our programmes, including the graduate programme, we ask that you wait until the next academic intake before reapplying. Please ensure you are meeting the minimum requirements for the role you are applying for.

Interview preparation

We know interviews can be daunting, but a little preparation goes a long way. Be yourself, take your time, and remember: your interviewers just want to get to know you — and they’ve been in your shoes. Here are some tips to help you prepare.

  • Understand our business: familiarise yourself with our services and recent projects
  • Know why you chose PwC: be ready to discuss what attracts you to our firm
  • Highlight your transferable skills: think about experiences from academic projects, part-time jobs or leadership roles that demonstrate your potential
  • Practice the STAR technique (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers.
  • Interviews go both ways — ask about what matters to you and get to know us.

On our early career programmes you’ll learn by doing- through real project work, coaching, and bite-size learning from our Learning and Development teams. You’ll gain a well-rounded set of skills including:

  • Soft skills such as presentation skills and time management
  • Research and business writing skills

You will develop these capabilities through a blend of on-the-job learning, expert led sessions, shadowing and mentoring and regular feedback- so you can grow quickly and confidently from day one.

When applying for your role you will have a specific location outlined. Here is a full list of the PwC Ireland offices. We ask that our people come together at least three days per week at their contracted office or a client site to connect, collaborate and innovate.
