We know interviews can be daunting, but a little preparation goes a long way. Be yourself, take your time, and remember: your interviewers just want to get to know you — and they’ve been in your shoes. Here are some tips to help you prepare.
Online tests:
We encourage candidates to practice these tests in advance to maximise their chances of success. The assessments include the Verify Assessment (cognitive) followed by the General Skills Assessment (GSA). Sample practice tests are available here: specifically, look for the "General Ability Test (Mobile-Enabled Interactive Version) (SVI G+)" and the "Behavior-Based Assessment (GSA).

- Practice the STAR technique (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers.
