The 2015 CEO Pulse survey shows that the future looks bright and confidence is at an all-time high for Irish business. There is a resounding vote of confidence in foreign direct investment and plans to increase workforce.
Political change, rising labour costs, cyber threats and the availability of key skills are top business concerns. While Irish CEOs are of the view that there are more opportunities for their organisation right now than there were three years ago, they also expect much greater disruption.
The survey suggests that Irish businesses are lagging behind in the deployment of digital technologies, suggesting that there may be opportunities for future. With constant change, CEOs must be strategic in their thinking and be adaptable to survive.
