With over 16 years of experience, Sinead is a Corporate Tax Partner in our Domestic and International Outbound practice. She brings fresh perspectives to a diverse range of clients, specialising in domestic and international tax structuring with a focus on real estate, capital projects and infrastructure sectors.

Sinead is a key player in our M&A tax practice. She guides clients through the deal process, with a focus on buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, and the design and implementation of M&A support structures. Sinead’s expertise also covers the review of purchase agreements, tax deeds and other legal documentation, in addition to the tax elements of the financial models that underpin M&A transactions.
