Our graduate programme combines formal training and mentoring with practical on-the-job experience and as you develop, reward comes in the form of grade and salary progression. Your total compensation package includes pay, exam fees and exam support, recognition and other great perks. And our approach works—PwC graduates took first and second places in Chartered Accountants Ireland’s FAE exams in 2021 and first, second and third place in the Irish Tax Institute’s tax exams in 2022.
