Áine Brassill is a Partner in the firm's Advisory practice, leading the firm's Operational Effectiveness Consulting team. With over 20 years of industry and consulting experience, she has strong expertise in banking, operating model transformation, cost reduction, process improvement, automation and digital transformation. Áine works with clients across a range of industries, including financial services, public sector, telecommunications, retail, pharma and utilities. Áine is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and Queen's University Belfast.
