Brian Bergin

Brian Bergin is a partner in the PwC Ireland Deals Practice based in Dublin.  

Brian specialises in advising PLC clients on international M&A activity and has over twenty years experience around acquisition strategy, valuation and deal execution, financial and vendor due diligence, complex carve-out issues and post deal integration, market analysis, transaction structuring and related advisory services.

He has provided these services across a wide range of industries and deal sizes, incorporating transactions across North and South America, Europe and Australasia.

Brian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
