David is a Partner and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PwC Ireland, with more than 30 years’ experience helping organisations use technology to solve complex business challenges and create lasting value. He has worked across industries in Ireland and internationally, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of technology-enabled change from business case and technology strategy through delivery, support and benefits realisation.
Since 2023, David has also led the firm’s internal technology strategy as CTO, helping PwC evolve how it works and delivers through technology.
He has a particular focus on AI, advising organisations on practical roadmaps across responsible AI, data, cyber, adoption and sustainable value realisation. As a member of the PwC EMEA AI leadership team, he brings broader regional insight to organisations shaping AI with purpose and at scale.
