I am a transactions adviser who helps public and private clients make confident decisions across deals, from due diligence and business planning to refinancing and IPO readiness, with a strong focus on energy transition, infrastructure and TMT.
Deirdre is a Partner in PwC’s advisory practice, specialising in transaction services.
She supports public and private clients on a wide range of transaction-related projects, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, independent business reviews, business plan development, refinancings and IPOs.
Deirdre works across industries including IT, energy, transport, financial services, manufacturing and retail. Her current focus is on energy transition, infrastructure and TMT (technology, media and telecommunications), bringing practical deal insight and sector understanding to complex transactions.
Deirdre is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
