Harry Harrison is an International Tax Partner at PwC Ireland, specialising in M&A-related work and international tax.
He advises on the establishment of Irish-headquartered cross-border structures, the expansion of group activities into and out of Ireland, and a range of financing and international tax projects involving Ireland.
Harry has extensive experience supporting leading international private equity firms and US multinational groups on cross-border acquisitions. His work includes complex tax due diligence and advising on tax-efficient acquisition structures.
From October 2010 to February 2013, Harry led PwC Ireland’s tax desk in New York, where he advised numerous US multinational groups on inbound investments into Ireland and related international tax considerations.
Harry serves as PwC Ireland’s Clients and Markets Leader for Tax.
