John Murphy

John provides corporate tax compliance and consultancy services to companies focused on Irish markets and those expanding overseas. John currently works across a broad base of private business clients from scaling companies to large corporates. He assists with projects at corporate, founder and management levels.
He also is a partner in our M&A tax practice. He has wide experience of buy-side and vendor due diligence, preparation of tax structuring reports and the provision of input into financial models.
He is a chartered accountant, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
